If item is available, usually it takes 6~10 business days for shipping handling.
Return is acceptable within 7 days after buyer's receipt of merchandise. The unopened merchandise will be fully credited (except for the customized/pre-ordered merchandise(s)), but buyers have to be responsible for all the shipping fees (including out and home). This policy also applies to FREE SHIPPING item(s). For any return or refund upon the opened merchandise, buyers should contact us before shipping back. Goods must be still in its original condition and packaging; returns or exchanges are based on the conditions of products. Please note that NO return or exchange will be accepted after 7 days of buyer's receipt of merchandise. Also, there is only one return per order, exchanged item cannot be returned again.
